I’m Leslie "Free" Smith, the founder and coach at Free Smith Empowerment Coach, LLC. With over 15 years of experience as a parent of children with mental health challenges, I understand firsthand the struggles of navigating mental health resources and support.
My mission is to break the stigma surrounding mental health and empower others by providing safe spaces for healing and personal growth. I hold a Facilitations Certification from 2014, which has deepened my passion for helping individuals and families find the resources and guidance they need to thrive.
